Marine will host Workington on Easter Saturday, April 16, with both sides still harbouring hopes of winning the league title.
After consultation with Workington and local authorities including Merseyside Police and Sefton Council the game will be all-ticket with a limit set at 2,150.
Marine Chairman Paul Leary said: “This is an incredible end to the season with so much at stake.
"The outcome from the game will have so much of an impact to either winning the league, and with-it automatic promotion, or achieving the highest placed play-off position that could result in hugely beneficial play-off home games.
"This has been a great season and I am sure that Neil, his staff, and the players will do everything they can to ensure our ambitions are achieved.
"I have no doubt that the atmosphere at this game will be very special for everyone connected with Marine.
“I look forward to welcoming the players, staff, officials and supporters of Workington to the Marine Travel Arena for this crucial end of season game, and to possibly another meet up in the play-offs for promotion at the end of April.”
An allocation of tickets has been sent to Workington, with segregation in place on the day.
Adult tickets are priced at £10, concessions £6, juniors 12 and over £3 and under 11s free.
Tickets for the game will not be on sale at the Marine Travel Arena on the day of the match.
