Brandon Robertson joins Workington on dual-registration

Robertson, 22, was with Workington's reserves in his younger years but is now back amongst the senior set-up at Borough Park.

He said: “It’s really good, I haven’t really played for a while so I’m just trying to get back into it.

“I’ll just be trying to get better and better to, hopefully get into the starting lineup.

“Basically, I’ll be trying to work my way into the squad, one training session at a time.

“When I’m not getting minutes here, I can get minutes at Wetheriggs.”
