Bamber Bridge have confirmed that Jordan Butterworth has left the club to pursue opportunities elsewhere.

The midfielder joined the Brig in June after spending the previous three seasons with NPL West Division side Mossley.

Since then, he has featured seven times for Jamie Milligan’s side.

Butterworth will leave Irongate to take up an opportunity at a different club.

A Bamber Bridge club spokesperson said: “Everyone at Brig would like to wish Jordan all the best at his new club, and thank him for his contributions at Irongate.”
