Carsley available for Dolly Blues return

Lancaster City signed former striker Brad Carsley ahead of last week's registration deadline.

Carsley, 27, left the Dolly Blues in the summer of 2020 after scoring 13 goals in 46 appearances.

He previously bagged 36 goals in two seasons at Bamber Bridge.

The former Blackpool youngster has spent the past two seasons win the North West Counties with Charnock Richard, scoring 14 goals this season.

He will link up with Mark Fell’s squad when the current North West Counties season finishes early next month after signing a dual-registration deal.

Meanwhile, Lancaster confirmed that three players rejected approaches from other clubs to stay at The Giant Axe.

The registration deadline for all NPL clubs closed last Thursday, March 24.
