Carlton Town's Tim Harris has confirmed that the club now has over £2,000 worth of prizes for it's first ever Christmas draw.
Tim and his twin brother Simon have been working hard alongside Trevor who make up the club's new commerical team and after the success of the race night, the trio will be now concentrating their efforts on ensuring the draw is a massive success.
"We have over £2,000 worth of prizes, all donated by local companies we have contacted and local printers Hickling and Squires have kindly offered to print all the tickets for us.
Tickets will be priced at just £1 each and will be in books of 5 and it is up to everyone involved with the club to do their bit and try and sell a few. The quality of the prize list will certainly help."
The draw will be launched on 4th November on the Terri Sheppard memorial naming ceremony evening and the tickets will be handed out to players, management and the club's commitee on Saturday 5th November when Carlton take on Brigg Town.
The prize list is to be announced shortly with a full list to appear on this website and the draw will take place in the clubhouse sportsbar at 5:30pm on Saturday 17th December following the game with Coalville.
The club have also announced that the two Carlton Town Players selling the most tickets will get 2 VIP seats and bar passes for one of Michael Mcintrye's evenings at Nottingham's Capital FM arena in 2012.
