City of Liverpool sign Hynes

City of Liverpool have announced the signing of Liam Hynes.

The midfielder has previously appeared for Southport, Warrington Town and Marine and could make his debut this weekend as Craig Robinson's side take on Pickering Town in the N/West Division.
