Liam Ryder started out selling raffle tickets for Whitby Town and now the club’s head of media is relishing the prospect of meeting League One side Bristol Rovers in the FA Cup.

Whitby Town booked their place in the FA Cup first round proper for the first time since 2003/04 after overcoming National League South side Chelmsford City in a fourth qualifying round replay on Tuesday night.
