Commercial Officer vacancy - Wakefield

Evo-Stik Northern Premier League First Division North club Wakefield FC is currently looking for a dynamic person for the position of Commercial Officer.

The person will provide new business income for an ambitious football club. Payment for the position is on a self-employed commission only basis.

The main areas of the position are to gain investment for the club by way of sponsorship and other general fundraising activities, including programme advertisements and match sponsorships.

Experience of working within the football, sports, or the sales industry would be beneficial.

Experience in sales, cold calling would be an advantage.

The club went amateur in December 2011, and currently ground share at Ossett Town, but are looking for its own facilities.
