To build on their success at the EVO-STIK League Premier Division club's Weaver Stadium last term, the Dabbers have added two more members to their communications staff, student volunteers James Brown and Alice Briers.
Briers, an 'advertising, film and music video production' student at Staffordshire University, assisted in filming a number of games during the 2017-18 campaigns. An aspiring producer, she was recently studying in Spain as part of her course and is looking to continue gaining valuable experience in the football industry.
Brown studied 'sports performance and excellence' and has worked at Crewe Alexandra for two seasons in performance analysis. Currently the head of media and goalkeeping coach for the League Two outfit's ladies, his main task will be to contribute content to the club's website, programme and social media channels.
Dabbers press officer Steve Sharman said: “Last season was fantastic to cover from a media point of view especially with the success in the [Cheshire] Senior Cup and reaching the First Round of the FA Cup.
“For the new campaign we want to further our coverage and by increasing our team we will be able to do this. We already have a great team in place with Ryan alongside myself, as well as two fantastic photographers in Jonathan White and Mark Welton who both do a great job.”
