The Mintkcakes - guided to a midtable finish by caretaker manager Gary Fawcett - are on the lookout for a head coach or manager with experience in the EVO-STIK NPL or at the same level.
Appointed in December as the temporary successor to Michael Stringfellow after he stood down, the club's U23 manager, pictured, relinquished his duties at the end of the season after guiding them to safety in EVO-STIK NPL First Division North.
According to officials at Parkside Road, the Mintcakes are looking for a hardworking, ambitious and dedicated coach with strong leadership skills and a strong track record of success to inspire their current and future players.
In an advert for the post on their website, the club said the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate how youth development will relate to their first team ambitions.
Serious applicants only should send their CVs and covering letters by Sunday 8 May to Kendal Town secretary Linda Gudgeon at: gudge1@talk21.com.
