Durham Reduce Ticket Prices

Evo-Stik First Division North side Durham City have announced that they are cutting the price of tickets for next season.

In a statement released to the league website, the club said; "The Board at Durham City AFC acknowledges that we are currently faced with difficult economic times with uncertainty in many key elements of the economy including the jobs market and the cost of living.

"Admission and season ticket prices for the 2011/12 season have been set to reflect this and we sincerely hope that it encourages our existing supporters to return for what promises to be another challenging season and that others may be tempted to visit the Club to see what is on offer.

"The signings made so far are testimony to the allegiance many of the players have for the Club and this allegiance will, we are sure, manifest itself on the playing field and help us to build on the very good start we made to last season and some of the impressive victories that were recorded.

"Please come along and lend your support to one of the most senior football clubs in the north east of England. "
