The Highwaymen are the most in-form side in the league, having lost just once in their last 11 games. However, it will be a stern test against the Pikes, who despite being just two points above the relegation zones have lost just twice in their last 10 on the road.
It is another case of top versus bottom at Carlton Town as they host second-placed Pontefract Collieries, while Brighouse Town will aim to end their run of three away defeats in their last four when they travel to mid-table Lincoln United.
Tadcaster Albion will look to make it three wins in a row at Ings Lane as they host Spalding United, while Sheffield FC and Ossett United visit Stamford and Frickley Athletic respectively.
Elsewhere, Belper Town have the chance to go within one point of the play-off spots when they take on Loughborough Dynamo, who have won six of their last eight at the Nanpantan Sports Ground.
Stocksbridge have the chance to record their third win in second and climb out of the relegation zone when they host play-off-chasing Cleethorpes Town, while AFC Mansfield travel to Marske United as they aim to rectify their four-game winless streak.
In the final game of the round, Wisbech Town and Gresley FC, two sides with just three wins between them in their last ten games, face off at the Fenland Stadium.
