East Preview: Title hopefuls do battle against West Yorkshire rivals

Sedge have only suffered one defeat all season, and will be hoping to extend their lead over Marske United in the table, who sit just four points behind.

Marske United will try to blunt Liversedge’s advantage, when they journey to Pontefract, who will be hoping to bounce back following their 4-0 defeat to Sheffield in the last outing.

Meanwhile, third placed Stockton Town will do battle against Pickering Town away from home, who currently sit in the basement of the league. The Anchors, who currently sit on 44 points, will be looking to solidify their spot in the play-offs with a victory over The Pikes.

Cleethorpes Town will travel west to Sheffield, who currently sit in 17th place on 17 points. Sheffield will be hoping for maximum points in order to move out of the bottom three, considering that other results go in their favour.

Brighouse Town will be hoping to avoid making it three losses in a row as they host Shildon, who are going into this fixture without a victory in three matches.

Elsewhere in the division, Brighouse Town will host 18th placed Tadcaster Albion, where three points could shift the dynamic of the bottom three for The Brewers.

Lincoln United will be looking to avoid a sixth straight game without a win as they host Hebburn Town.

Additionally, Stocksbridge will welcome Worksop Town who are chasing a play-off spot, while Dunston travel to Yorkshire Amateurs.
