He replaces Liam King, who will remain at the club in a coaching position, with Ross Hannah reverting to purely a playing role.
The former Sheffield United, Birmingham City and Grimsby Town midfielder has also competed on the professional boxing scene, obtaining the British Light Welterweight belt. He has also previously managed
