Neil Kengni joins Marine on loan

Neil Kengni has joined Marine on loan from BetVictor Northern Premier side Stalybridge Celtic.
Kengni has made 25 appearances for Celtic this season, scoring twice.
He would be ineligible to play if Celtic were to meet Marine in the Integro League Cup.
