Holland-Wilkinson, 17, trained with his new teammates in the last week and and is expected to feature in Saturday's squad who travel to Grantham.
The striker also recently enjoyed a loan spell at Kendal.
Lancaster manager Mark Fell said: "He’s got great enthusiasm for the game, we’ve seen him a few times and he’s very sharp, the sort of dynamic forward we’re missing with Rhys Turner injured.
"It’s great exposure for him to a strong level of football and if it helps his development, whilst improving us, then it’s a perfect solution for all parties."
