Radcliffe displaced Runcorn Linnets and moved up to second last weekend with a tight 1-0 win at the Neuven Stadium. Another victory this weekend would send Boro to within one point of top.
A draw in this game would suit Linnets, who could re-take second if they can overcome fourth-placed Ramsbottom, who have picked up 28 from a possible 30 on the road.
With the top four all facing off, this could be a pivotal afternoon in the race for top spot.
In the chasing pack, Mossley will look to end their two-game winless run with a home fixture against a Newcastle Town side with back-to-back victories, while Leek Town can capitalise on any slip-up from the Lilywhites with victory away at second-bottom Kendal Town.
Colne could also end the day in the top five if they secure a third home win in four against Chasetown and other results go their way.
Elsewhere, Skelmersdale United will be hoping to stop their run of four away defeats and keep their slim survival hopes alive as they travel to Kidsgrove Athletic, while Clitheroe can ease their relegation fears and leapfrog Market Drayton Town when the two sides come together at Greenfields Sports Ground.
In the final two games of the round, Widnes have the chance to rectify their run of just one win in their past seven games when Prescot Cables visit the Select Security Stadium, whereas Droylsden can potentially climb to 11th with a win over Trafford, who still harbour slim hopes of reaching the play-offs.
