Omotola, 23, came on for the last five minutes in the 1-0 win at the Flamingo Land Stadium.
Manager Brad Cooke said: “I am delighted to bring Tolani to the club. He is exactly the type of striker we have been after since Dylan Glass left.
“He is strong, quick, very good with his back to goal and most importantly has a fantastic goal scoring record at this level. He adds something different to our forward line and I look forward to working with him!”
Omotola scored 18 goals in 25 appearances during a loan spell at Witton Albion in 2016/17, and scored another 15 goals for Barwell in the Southern League Premier in 2019/20.
Colls are next in action at home to Ashton United on Tuesday night.
