AJ Adelekan returns to Gingerbreads

Adelekan played for the club under the stewardship of Paul Rawden and Russ Cousins, and returns for the 2021/22 season.

The defender came through the youth system at Redbridge and was part of the Under-18 side that won the London Cup. He then signed for Walthamstow and had two seasons there before joining Rushall Olympic, and then onto the Gingerbreads before a spell at Alfreton Town in the Conference North.

Grantham Town also recently announced the signing of 29-year-old striker Nathan Modest.
