The 24-year-old will remain at the Reds for his third full season, having made 65 appearances and scoring 11 goals so far.
"Once Danny [Grainger] rang me to sort it out, it was music to my ears to know that there's light at the end of the tunnel," he told the club website.
"We've been in this league for two years now, both seasons haven't been completed, so it's like 'this is going to be it, we've got to get out of this league'"
Manager Grainger added: "Brad's a player who's aggressive, horrible to play against, and a goal threat from midfield.
"He's got a desire to be successful and that's what we need at Borough Park because we want to win and get to where we want to be."
