Burnley teenager joins Clitheroe

Clitheroe have announced the signing of Jayden Major from Burnley.

He could make his debut for the club tonight against Marske.

A former Liverpool youngster, Major is a second-year scholar at Turf Moor and becomes the fourth academy player from Burnley to make a work experience loan move to Clitheroe this season.

Major follows George, Finn Armstrong and goalkeeper Kai Calderbank-Park and joins Brown’s squad after previous loan experience in the BetVictor North-West Division this season with Trafford.
