Callum Patton to undergo surgery

Whitby Town midfielder Callum Patton will undergo ankle surgery and will be out for the rest of the season, the club has confirmed.

Patton has scored four goals in nine league appearances for the Blues.

"Whitby Town can confirm that Callum Patton will now be out for the rest of the season as he undergoes an ankle operation," the club announced via social media.

"We hope that all goes well for Callum Patton and we hope to see you fit and well again in the summer."
