Jack Hinnigan re-signs

City of Liverpool have announced that defender Jack Hinnigan has re-signed with the club for the Pitching In Northern Premier League 2021/22 season.

The former Warrington Town centre-back originally signed from Runcorn Linnets in October 2020, having worked with manager Michael Ellison at his previous club.

Hinnigan made five appearances before the season was curtailed.

Ellison said: “Jack is a player I know really well. He’s a no-nonsense defender who’s decent on the ball and knows what we expect from him.

“Again, it was an easy conversation to get him to commit and I’m delighted to have him on board."
