Jack Walters joins former boss

Jack Walters has made the move from Tadcaster Albion to join former manager Curtis Woodhouse at Gainsborough Trinity.

Walters, 22, is a left-back and has made 25 appearances for Tadcaster this season. He links up with Woodhouse for the fourth time, having also played at Hull United and Bridlington Town.

"I’m delighted to welcome Jack Walters to Gainsborough Trinity, a player I’ve worked with at Hull United, Bridlington Town and Tadcaster Albion," said Woodhouse.

"Jack will be a valuable member of our squad and push Jamie Green for that left back spot; competition for places is vital for a successful team."
