Josh Rae returns to Carlton Town

Carlton Town have announced that Josh Rae has returned to the club.

Rae impressed for West Bridgford in their pre-season clash against Carlton, and manager Tommy Brookbanks has brought the midfielder back to the Pitching In Northern Premier League S/East outfit.

Brookbanks said: "We had him watched a few times and he’s always impressed. We feel he will add pace and flair to our side and he’s definitely the right age to make the step up.

"He did very well for my good friend Ryan last season at West Bridgford and he’s continued that good form with Chris this season."
