Grayson has been on loan at the Boro, scoring five goals in six appearances, and will now join the Premier Division club on a permanent basis.
McGuffie joins from Wigan, whilst the club are also hoping for 'one or two more additions.'
The club have also announced that Max Dixon has left the club, singing for Rushall Olympic Under 21s.
