The Pitching In Northern Premier League S/East outfit were the last remaining NPL side in the cup competition, and saw their original fixture on Saturday postponed due to bad weather.
However, the two sides met on Tuesday evening with the National League North side progressing to the fifth round thanks to a brace from Tom Owen-Evans at the Zeeco Stadium, despite going down to nine men with Ben Pollock and Luke Haines both seeing red in the second half.
In their cup run, Graham Drury’s side defeated the likes of higher level Kidderminster Harriers, while also claiming victories over Lincoln United, Stourbridge and Kidsgrove Athletic.
The club will receive £1,500 despite the defeat, while the winners of the fourth round will each receive £5,250 from the prize fund.
