Mangham, 26, has been Steels’ top scorer for the past three seasons, bagging 18 in the 2021/22 campaign.
Stocksbridge manager Ian Richards said: “We cannot thank Luke enough for his leadership, attitude, commitment and quality during this season.
“He is an example and role model to other in how to conduct yourself as a player and when leaving to challenge yourself at a higher level.”
“We wish him every success at Belper Town and he knows he is welcome back at the club anytime.”
Mangham links up with familiar faces Brodie Litchfield and Benjaming Rhodes at the Raygar Stadium.
