Brighouse sign Brett Souter

The 24-year-old joins the club just weeks after Brighouse announced the departure of Manchester United loanee Jacob Carney.

The former captain of Hemsworth, Souter joins the Pitching In Northern Premier League N/West side having previously made over 100 appearances for Ossett Albion/United.

Manager Vill Powell said: “I think Brett’s ability and experience speaks for itself. He’s someone that’s been on my radar for a long time and finally it’s come together he’s captained teams at this level so vocal abilities will be welcomed.”
