Dugdale, 32, made 98 appearances for the Dolly Blues before leaving for Clitheroe last summer while Gregory, 24, was part of Lancaster’s title-winning team of 2017.
Manager Mark Fell told the club’s official website: “They both know the club, know the level and how we work.
“We watched Jacob a couple of times last season and thought he was excellent and a real threat going forward against teams, Paul has good experience and I think has a bit to prove after a difficult season with injuries last year.
“We undoubtedly need to add some depth to what we had last season and these two are good quality players to add to what we’ve got.”
