Dundas names his touchline team

By David Watters

New Chasetown manager Scott Dundas has named his touchline team for the upcoming EVO-STIK Northern Premier League season.

Dundas, who left EVO-STIK NPL First Division South rivals Newcastle Town earlier this month before being named as the new Scholars boss this week, will assisted by former Nantwich Town, Congleton Town and Kidsgrove Athletic manager and coach Anthony Buckle.

Steve Harper, who made over 500 Football League appearances for Burnley, Huddersfield Town and Port Vale - is the club's new first-team coach with John Birt continuing as goalkeeping coach after working with former manager Dave Stringer.

Dave Hamnett has also been named as the club’s chief scout and according to a statement on the club's website, will also be involved with player development after Dundas completed his managerial team at The Scholars Ground for the 2017-18 campaign.
