Next secretary invited to apply

EVO-STIK Northern Premier League Frickley Athletic are inviting candidates to become their next club secretary to come forward.

Following their best season in 10 years and seventh placed finish in the EVO-STIK NPL's top flight, the Blues are looking to appoint a new secretary to succeed Steve Pennock who spent nearly 15 years at Westfield Lane before stepping down in the final month of the campaign.

Officials say the successful candidate will work closely with the club's board, match secretary and the manager on a variety of issues as well as dealing with the EVO-STIK NLP, the Football Association and the Sheffield & Hallamshire FA.

Full training will be given for the role looking after player registrations, FA player contracts, discipline, international clearance issues, loan agreements and arrangements for FA and county FA competitions. Despite being unpaid, expenses and free entry to Frickley's games are included.
