Thomson cleared for FA Trophy

Scarborough Athletic have signed forward Connor Thomson on a month’s loan from National League North side Gateshead.
Thomson, 23, made his debut in the league win over Bamber Bridge last week, and has been cleared to play in the FA Trophy game against Atherton Collieries tomorrow night.
He started his career at Carlisle United, before moving to Blackburn Rovers, and has also turned out for Halifax Town.
Fellow loanee, defender Dom Roma, has also been given clearance to feature in the FA Trophy.
