First South Fair Play Winners - December

By Alan Allcock

Goole AFC.

The First Division South Fair Play award for December went to Goole AFC.

Goole are turning their disciplinary reputation around having had a dreadful record over the past three seasons. The steps they have taken this term, however, are certainly working and they didn’t have a single caution of any description in four games during December. They are also amongst the front runners for the £750 prize money on offer to the First Division South club with the least number of cautions for dissent during the season.

The award was presented prior to the kick off of the Goole AFC v Quorn league fixture on Saturday 7th January.
