Former Daniels make a return

Stamford have re-signed former players Jack McGovern and Joe Burgess.
McGovern joins from Grantham Town and previously played for the Daniels in 2012/13, before moving on to Lincoln United, Gainsborough Trinity and Spalding United.
He is joined by fellow midfielder Burgess, who spent last season at Corby Town. He left the Daniels last summer after scoring 11 goals in the 2018/19 season.
They join Dan Haystead, Sean Wright, Jordon Cooke, James Blunden, Mike Armstrong and Jon Challinor in committing to the Daniels for the 2020-21 season.
