Priestley, 31, has scored once in 17 appearances for his national team.
Across a wide-ranging career, he has also enjoyed spells with Farsley Celtic, Ossett United and Garforth Town, among others.
More recently during his time with Yorkshire Amateur, he netted 18 times in 64 appearances in all competitions.
"Being able to play for a manager that really believes in me is a huge draw for me," he told the club's official website. "I also know a lot of the lads in the squad already, so I believe I’ll settle in quickly and hopefully hit the ground running.
"I think I bring energy to the front line but also a versatility of being able to play anywhere in those forward positions.
"Hopefully I’ll bring goals and assists to the team too, but more important to me is the success of the team."
