Goole announce apprenticeships

Club statement

Goole AFC are pleased to announce the introduction of a ”Community Football First” Apprenticeship scheme.

The apprenticeship consists of an NVQ and Technical Certificate at Level 2, plus Key Skills Qualifications and is based at the club's Victoria Pleasure Grounds.

You will be employed by the Football Club during your time with us and have the opportunity to impress the 1st Team Manager who will be updated on player qualities and capabilities.

Consider yourself to be on a Football trial for the length of the qualification. This opportunity is available for 16 to 18 year olds who have a keen interest in football and are looking for a potential career in the active leisure industry.

This is the perfect chance to be linked to a traditional non-league club and could possibly lead to voluntary work or full-time employment with the club and other excellent opportunities in the football or active leisure industry.

We will be holding interviews on Thursday January 5th at the Football Club commencing 10:00am. If you are interested in attending please contact Kirk Jackson on 07927 225268 or email communityfootballfirst@ambertrain.co.uk or you can register through the clubs website.

All attendees are required to bring a current CV, any Maths and English certificates they may hold and proof of ID, for example Passport/Drivers licence. The interview will last for 1 hour 30 minutes.

Finally please note dress code is smart, no jeans or trainers at interview.
