The forward, pictured, has been a regular in the development side at the King Power Stadium since joining the Foxes from Rangers in April and scored in a 3-1 victory over Barnsley in the Premier League Cup.
The 22-year-old striker netted 11 times in 18 outings for Rangers last season to earn a move from Marston Road to the Premier League and follow in the foosteps of EVO-STIK League graduates Cohen Bramall and Daniel Scarr following their big moves from Hednesford and Stourbridge to Arsenal and Birmingham City respectively only a few months beforehand.
Tottenham are Gordon's next opponents on Friday and he told the Stoke Sentinel on Tuesday: "It was nice to get my first goal at last - and nice to get it on my birthday. We've done really well so far this season, and we're learning in every game."
Gordon, released by Stoke City as a youngster, also has the EVO-STIK's most high profile graduate for company at the Premier League club, former Stocksbridge Park Steels striker Jamie Vardy who won the Premier League with the Foxes after arriving in 2012 following spells with Halifax Town and Fleetwood Town.
