Grantham Help The Heroes

Grantham Town have taken time out of their pre-season schedule to help charity

The club announced, "The Gingerbreads are happy to support this weekend's auction at the Blue Bull in aid of the Help For Heroes fundraising.

"A request for support from the organisers was met with a positive response from all at Grantham Town. A signed shirt from the squad who reached the play off final last season was this week handed over by Tony Fraher Chair of the Supporters Club to Paul Bunn at PW Bunn Carpets on Welby Street."

Tony said "I was delighted with the response from managers Wayne and Jimmy, who at the time were busy preparing for the excellent win against Corby Town but took time out to get everyone to sign the shirt. It's a great public cause and all at the club wish the organisers every success."
