The 22-year-old will become part of a Lions goalkeeping group that already includes new signing Kyle Trenerry and academy graduate Hagie Damba.
The trio will come under the wing of new goalkeeping coach Karl Lenaghan, who was last at Guiseley in 2011 as part of Neil Parsley’s backroom staff.
Moloney has previously enjoyed a spell at Nethermoor, having been part of the club at the end of the 2021/22 season as they were relegated to the Pitching In NPL Premier Division.
“I think a goalkeeping coach has a massively important role to play, especially if you have young ‘keepers and you get loan ‘keepers in,” Guiseley boss Danny Ellis said.
“It is a more professional set up that they are coming into, and their clubs will feel happier sending them to you if there is someone to specifically look after their game.
On Moloney’s role, he added: “There will be competition for places in the squad and we now have three good ‘keepers battling for the No.1 spot, and they will have a vastly experienced specialist coach looking after them and preparing them for games.”
Discussing his move to the club, Moloney said: “I came to Guiseley at the back end of last season and was desperate to help them in the fight against relegation but I did not get to play a part.
“I am hoping to challenge for a first team place this time as I would like to help get them back up into the National League North. I want to play a real part.”
