Historic Pitching In Super Cup to kick off non-league season

Pitching In Northern Premier League West Division outfit Warrington Rylands will feature in the inaugural Pitching In Super Cup this Saturday.

David McNabb's side will face Hornchurch in the Pitching In Super Cup, a new concept that brings together last season's FA Trophy and Vase winners ahead of the 2021/22 season.

Rylands lifted the FA Vase in May for the first time in their 115-year history, defeating Binfield 3-2 thanks to a hat-trick from Tranmere Rovers bound Elliot Nevitt.

The Urchins stunned Hereford in the FA Trophy final with a 3-1 victory, landing manager Mark Stimson his fifth FA Trophy, following a fairy-tale run which saw them claim six other higher-division scalps.

Super Cup tickets

The clash will take place at Hornchurch Stadium, Upminster, Hornchurch FC on Saturday, August 7, with a 12:45pm kick-off. If the scores are level at full-time, the title will be decided by penalties. Tickets are just £10.00 for adults and £5.00 for concessions, while the match will also be streamed for just £5.
