Buxton currently sit top of the table, two points ahead of South Shields.

Matlock Town have all but bowed out of the title race, and will nervously be looking over their shoulders at the chasing pack.

Warrington Town’s midweek win at Basford United has lifted them up to fourth in the table, level on points but with a better goal difference than Scarborough Athletic.

There are six teams within eight points of those two that may still harbour hopes of sneaking in to the play-offs.

Whitby Town are currently sixth with 60 points, followed by Bamber Bridge (59), FC United (58), Stafford Rangers (57), Morpeth Town (57) and Lancaster City (56).
