Kerr moving on from the Moors

Former Bradford City, Hull City, Frickley Athletic, Scarborough, Lincoln City, York City, Grimsby Town, Bradford Park Avenue, Stalybridge Celtic and Hyde midfielder Scott Kerr is leaving EVO-STIK Northern Premier League Spennymoor Town.

The experienced 33-year-old arrived at the First Division North club in August and Moors manager Jason Ainsley wished him well well in a statement announcing his departure from The Brewery Field on Tuesday night.

Ainsley said: "Tonight we have agreed to allow midfielder Scott Kerr to leave the club by mutual consent. We would like to place on record our thanks for the time he has been with us at the club and wish him all the very best for the future."
