Leek Town sign ex-Stoke youth defender

Young defender Julius Ndene has joined Pitching In NPL West Division side Leek Town.
Ndene is capable of operating in a range of positions, including at the heart of defence and as a full-back.
He joins the club following a stint at Uttoxeter Town in the Midland Football League.
Having enjoyed previous success in Stoke's U18s team, Ndene has linked up with the Blues following some impressive pre-season performances.
Their new league campaign begins with a home game against Widnes on Saturday 12 August.
