The former British, European and WBC heavyweight world champion is set to entertain fans on Friday night as the guest speaker at a charity auction and dinner.
Kicking off from 6.30pm at Marston Road, the event is being organised by the EVO-STIK League Premier Division club to raise funds for the Royal Signals Benevolent Fund, the North West Ambulance and charity Joining Jack.
Now 56 and one of the most well-loved and recognisable boxers in British history, Bruno won 40 of his 45 professional bouts, 38 by knock-out before being awarded an MBE in the 1990 New Year's Honours list.
Along the way, the father-of four faced multiple top-rated heavyweights including two bouts with Mike Tyson and a domestic clash against Lennox Lewis. He won the WBC title in 1995 after defeating Oliver McCall at a packed Wembley Stadium.
Since hanging up his gloves, he's appeared many times in pantomime and also presented the BBC TV series People, Channel 5's It's A Knockout and made guest appearances on A Question of Sport and The Big Stage.
