Lewis Bergin departs Kidsgrove

Kidsgrove Athletic have announced that Lewis Bergin has departed the club effective immediately.

He joined the club permanently in 2016 after spending time on loan with the club the year before.

The club announced: "Bergin leaves having given the Kidsgrove fans some great memories including his sensational equaliser against Workington in the Emirates FA Cup as he scored from the halfway line.

"Everyone at Kidsgrove Athletic would like to thank Bergin for all his efforts with the club and, wish him all the best for the future."
