Loan reinforcements for Belper Town

Guiseley defender Josh Ashman has joined Belper Town on an initial one-month loan.

The former Sheffield Wednesday U21s captain has made 13 appearances for the Lions this season and will now join the Nailers until December 28 to boost his playing time.

Belper were relegated to the Pitching In NPL East Division last season but have started the 2023/24 campaign in fine form and currently occupy the final play-off spot.

Lee Attenborough’s men are in 5th place, four points behind league leaders Stockton Town.
