Lycett, 31, joins from Leek Town having also played for Congleton Town, Mossley, Colwyn Bay, Willenhall Town, Hednesford Town, Leamington, Kidsgrove Athletic, Halesowen Town, Nantwich Town and Witton Albion.
He began his career as a youth player at Port Vale and Manchester City and also played reserve football for Leicester City.
