Blackpool midfielder Luke Mariette has joined Macclesfield on a season-long loan.
The former Wales U18s international joins the Silkmen having previously spent a month on loan at National League North side Southport back in October, making a couple of appearances during his stay with the club.
Mariette has also featured twice for the Tangerines in the EFL Trophy - grabbing two assists against Liverpool U21s in a 5-2 victory earlier in the season.
He is no stranger to the Northern Premier League, however. Mariette made 16 appearances for Bamber Bridge during a successful loan spell last season, scoring once.
He started their play-off final defeat to Warrington Town at the beginning of May before returning to his parent club.
The 20-year-old goes straight into contention to feature against Atherton Collieries on Tuesday night. A win would see the Silkmen - who are now under the guidance of the recently-appointed Alex Bruce - climb up to fourth in the league table.
