Managerial Vacancy - Ossett Town

Ossett Town Football Club is looking to appoint a permanent football manager – this follows the departure of Phil Sharpe earlier this year. Eric Gilchrist took over as caretaker manager when Phil left, and a permanent appointment is now being made.

Potential candidates must be able to demonstrate relevant experience at semi-professional level, extensive footballing contacts and access to coaching expertise.

James Rogers, Vice Chairman said:

“Ossett Town AFC is a club with great prospects and opportunities for the future. We are actively progressing the development of a new ground and training facilities and have a thriving and successful junior section. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to come and work with us to help achieve our ambitions for both football and the local community.”

Expressions of interest including short covering letter and relevant CV should be sent in the first instance to the James Rogers, Vice Chairman, preferably by e-mail at ossetttownfc@gmail.com or by post to Stade France Ingfield, Prospect Road, Ossett, WF5 9HA.

No applications will be considered after 7pm, Thursday 17 May. The club will be looking to make an early appointment after a formal interview process.
